CURRENT FAMILY (RE-Enrollment)
CCS utilizes continual enrollment, a process intended to minimize paperwork for currently enrolled families. It involves a couple of basic steps outlined below.
If you are staying with CCS, your process is almost complete. On January 1st, you will receive a re-enrollment packet online. Complete the packets and pay your re-enrollment fee using the link provided. Payment must be received by February 28th to secure your child's roster spot.

WAIT LIST: In cases where there is a waitlist, current families are given priority IF THE RE-ENROLLMENT FEE IS PAID BEFORE MARCH 1ST. Payment after March 1st deadline will result in your child being placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list.
If you intend to withdraw, fill out the INTENT TO WITHDRAW form on the family portal. The deadline for submission of the intent to withdraw is February 28th. On March 1st, families will be charged a late withdrawal fee per our Financial Policy (see below). Withdrawing families are also asked to schedule an exit interview with administration. The form will be accessible on the Family Portal on January 1st. Here are the steps to access the Intent to Withdraw form:
- Sign-in to the Family Portal.
- Click on the link (left-hand side) labeled Web Forms.
- Click on the Intent to Withdraw.
- Fill our the form.
- Follow prompts to complete the process.
PAST DUE BALANCES
Students with past due balances cannot re-enroll until the past due amounts are brought current. Any payments made on an account will be applied to the past due amount and will not hold a student's place on the class role. Families who are currently enrolled in the tuition assistance program and are re-enrolling for the upcoming school year must complete all forms, and submit all required documents with their payments by May 30th.
TUITION PAYMENT PLANS
Each family is asked to choose one of the following tuition payment plans each year. Once set, we ask that you wait until the next school year before changing to another plan. Tuition payments for FACTS drafts are considered late if not paid by the end of the month. Students will not be allowed in classes until payments are up to date. Tuition will be prorated when enrollment is finalized after October 1. This prorated amount will not include tuition for July, August, or September. If paid monthly, you are required to be on FACTS within 30 days of enrollment. Otherwise, there will be an additional monthly fee of $40.00.
NC OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Each student’s balance of the tuition not covered by the NCSEAA will be due on December 1, 2025, for the first semester; and May 1 for the second. The balance owed will be based on the difference between the NCSEAA award amount and the tuition for the current year and grade level.

OTHER FEES
ATHLETIC FEES
If your student (Grades 6-12) is interested in playing sports at CCS for the 2025-26 school year, there is a fee of $175.00 per player, per sport with football being the exception. The football fee is $275.00 per year. For each season, there is a mandatory parent meeting. The fee for missing this required meeting is $50 per athlete per sport. Athletic fees must be paid in full for each sport before a student can participate in the first scheduled game or event for that sport. Student fees are capped at two sports/ per year, so the maximum amount paid for a three-sport athlete is $450.00. These fees are regardless of tuition payment category. Fees due for Fall sports must be paid before the first game.
LEARNING SERVICE FEES
RESOURCE FEE
If your child needs Academic Resource, we do offer this support. This is an additional fee. Enrollment with resource is $100 per student and the monthly rates are as follow: Consultative $75/month (10 months); Part-time $100.00; Full-time $175.00
AIG FEES
The AIG program has an enrollment fee of $100. This fee will cover the initial interview, the transition process, and all materials needed. Cost will be based on placement. Students who place in both areas (reading and math) will pay a monthly fee of $85. Students who place in one area (reading OR math) will pay a monthly fee of $50.

ANNUAL FUND
A yearly tax-deductible gift is requested per family. Families are asked to give their gift by December 31st, so funds may be applied in the current school year. Your gift, in any amount to the annual fund is very important. These contributions to the annual fund will provide additional financial resources to improve and expand the overall programs at CCS.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS/RETURNED CHECKS
For all payments made with a credit card a 3% fee per transaction will be added to cover the school's processing costs. (For example, a $100.00 charge would incur an additional $3.00 processing fee) If there is an unpaid balance (30 days) or Non-Sufficient fund charge on your tuition account, your child will not be allowed to return to class until all payments are up to date. There will also be a $35 charge added to your account if a check is returned for non sufficient funds.
WITHDRAWAL OR DISMISSAL*
Withdrawal from CCS must be made through the school office. Once the school year has started, upon withdrawal or dismissal from school, all student records will be forwarded once all tuition and fees are paid in full. All textbooks, athletic uniforms, etc. must be returned prior to forwarding student records. A $500.00 withdrawal fee per child will be charged. No tuition money is refunded because of withdrawal unless of the following mitigating circumstances: Job relocation (>30 miles from current address/away from CCS) or significant unforeseen circumstances (e.g. job loss). Records are not released until all conditions of withdrawal are met.
